Hi, we’re Rachel and Jordan, co-founders of Pickleball Superstars. We created this program to bring joy, movement, connection, and confidence to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to build a community where everyone belongs. We adapt each lesson, and the equipment, to meet the unique needs of every player, ensuring that everyone feels supported, included, and set up for success on the court.

RACHEL RIZZO

Rachel Rizzo is the co-founder of Pickleball Superstars, a dedicated coach, and a passionate advocate for the IDD community. A skilled pickleball player and instructor, Rachel brings both expertise and heart to every session, helping players of all abilities build confidence, friendships, and a love for the game.

In addition to her work with Pickleball Superstars, Rachel proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Mel’s Charities, an organization committed to supporting the IDD community. She's also a contributing writer for The Cedarburg Bridge magazine, where she shares stories that uplift and celebrate her hometown.

A proud mom of three, Rachel is a firm believer that pickleball should be joyful, inclusive, and empowering for everyone. She leads with energy, empathy, and a deep commitment to inclusion.

JORDAN PINTAR

CO-FOUNDER + INSTRUCTOR

Jordan Pintar is a senior level designer, creative entrepreneur, and passionate pickleball instructor who co-founded Pickleball Superstars to bring the joy of the game to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

With more than a decade of experience in branding, community-focused design, murals, and illustration, Jordan combines her love of creativity with her lifelong connection to the IDD community. For the past 1.5 years, she has been teaching pickleball and building adaptive curriculum and programming that fosters movement, confidence, and belonging.

Jordan’s calm, cheerful vibe helps create a space where players can loosen up, try new things, and have fun along the way.
